Common fixes

  • Hard refresh. Ctrl+Shift+R (Win/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac). Clears stale cached files.
  • Check your window size. WaxFrame Free is desktop-only and needs at least 1024px width.
  • Try another browser. Recent Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Private/incognito can block localStorage.
  • Export and reimport. If the app is stuck, export your session, clear data, then reimport.
